How to clear your browser cache (Chrome)

BoatWizard is a program with a dynamic back end. Meaning that many changes in listings occur often. Clearing your browser Cache before beginning a BoatWizard session will ensure the most recent data always appears.

From your computer:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click the three vertical dots More
  3. Click on Clear browsing data.
  4. There are two tabs - Basic and Advanced. Click on Basic.
  5. Select a time range, like Last hour or All time.
  6. Check the box next to Cached Images & Files. 
  7. Click Clear data.

Android:

  1.  On your Android device, open Chrome Chrome
  2. Tap the three vertical dots More
  3. Tap Clear browsing data.
  4. Tap More options. 
  5. Select Cached Images and Files and then tap Clear data.

iPhone or iPad:

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app Chrome
  2. Tap the three vertical dots More
  3. Tap Clear browsing data.
  4. Check the box next to Cached Images & Files. 
  5. Tap Clear Browsing Data.
  6. At the top right, tap Done.
