Enhanced Report: Listing Performance

Our "Reports" section has been refreshed, and Listing Performance remains your central hub for tracking how your listings perform across our portals. See your average listing score, impressions, views, and interactions all in one place, with data updated through the day prior.

Step 1. View the performance of your listings by clicking on the Reports tab located in the top navigation bar. Then select Listing Performance (previously known as "Reports").

Step 2.  Select filters to narrow your search criteria.

By default, the report displays data from the last 28 days. You can change this by clicking the down arrow under Timeframe. This filter provides the following options:

Timeframe options:

  • Between = Select 2 dates as a range
  • On = Select a single date
  • Before = All days before a selected date selected
  • After =All days after a selected date
  • Last = number of days, weeks, months, quarters, years in the past, also include current flag
  • Next = This option is not valid for Listing Performance, as the report does not forecast future data.
  • Current = Select the current day, week, month, quarter, or year as of today.
  • Custom = Select two dates as a range, either fixed or relative.

You can also narrow down by office, sales rep, portal, condition, make, or individual boat.

Step 3. Review your data, including active listings, average listing score, listings to review, overall impressions, boat detail page views, and interactions. Below is a brief explanation of each metric:

  • Impressions – The number of times your listing appears on a loaded page on one of our marketplaces.
  • BDP Pageviews – The number of times your boat detail page(s) are viewed.
  • Average Listing Score – The average listing score across all of your listings.
  • Listings to Review – Click Listing Optimizer to review listings that need your attention.
  • Interactions – The number of leads, saves, shares, and seller discovery activities. If you click on "Leads" this will take you to your expanded leads page.
