How to change your BoatWizard password
Step 1. Click on the Request a New Password link located on the right of the BoatWizard login screen.
NOTE: If you are already logged into BoatWizard, log out and enter the URL: services.boatwizard.com
Step 2. Enter your BoatWizard username in the field and click Request.
Step 3. If the request is successful, you will see the following green message on top.
TIP: This request will be sent to the main email listed in your BoatWizard account, which can be viewed in Account Settings as shown below.
Step 4. Check your email for instructions to reset your password. This email will be sent from Customer Service <email@example.com>
TIP: The subject line will be: Reset your BoatWizard password
Step 5. Follow the instructions in the email and click on the link provided, which will direct you to a webpage where you can create a new password.
TIP: Confirm your new password by typing it again in the space to the right and clicking on Change Your Password.
Step 6. Once your password is successfully changed, you will be directed to the BoatWizard login page. You will also receive an email confirmation.
TIP: If you receive an error, please make sure that your new password meets the system criteria for security purposes. If issues still persist, please contact your Account Manager.
