How to change the status of your listing (active, inactive, delete, etc.)

Step 1. Click on the Inventory tab at the top in BoatWizard.

Step 2. Click on the drop down menu under Status for the listing.

Step 3. Depending on what action you would like to take, select a status for this listing. Below is a breakdown on the definition for each status.

1. Off-Inactive - listing cannot be viewed publicly on a Boats Group website and can be activated at anytime.
2. On-Active - listing can be viewed publicly on a Boats Group website.
3. On-Sale Pending - listing can be viewed publicly on a Boats Group website and is marked as sales pending in inventory.
4. Off-Sold - listing cannot be viewed publicly on a Boats Group website and is marked as sold in inventory. 
5. Off-Deleted - listing cannot be viewed publicly on a Boats Group website and is archived as deleted.
6. On-Order - listing can be viewed publicly on a Boats Group Website, but is not currently in-stock at the dealership.

Step 4. Once you have selected a status for the listing, a Status Updated message will appear at the bottom of the drop down menu.

NOTE: Please allow up to 1 hour for your listing to reflect any changes.
