How to update an existing carousel image on your website

Adding a carousel image:

Step 1. From the Dashboard menu, select Appearance then Home Page Carousel.

Step 2. Select the image you would like to edit.

Step 3. Scroll down towards the bottom of the page, and click on the image within the Featured Image box on the right side.

Step 4. A pop-up will appear displaying the media library images. If you will like to replace this image with an image you've uploaded earlier, select the image from the media library. If not, select Upload Files, and then Select Files

Step 5. Select the image from your computer and upload it to the website.

Step 6. If the image is uploaded correctly, it will appear in the first selected box on the top left in the media library tab. Click the Set Featured Image button on the right.

Step 7. Once the image is updated, scroll up to the top of the page and click the Update button.

Removing an image without deleting it from your carousel media:

If you will like to hide an image but still have it available for future use, uncheck the Home category from the image. This will remove the image from the home page carousel. If you will like to display it again on the home page carousel, reassign the image to the Home category.

Permanently remove a carousel image:

Move the entire page to trash.
