How to assign showroom lead routing on your website
Crew members can be added to receive notifications of incoming leads from manufacturer showroom models featured on the website. (In regards to in-stock inventory listings, the salesperson contact is assigned in Boat Wizard when initially creating the ad)
Step 1. From the dashboard menu select Settings, then click on Manufacturer Showrooms.
Step 2. Scroll down to the Showroom Landing and Brand Pages section. On the right side of each brand supported, there is a field to add a crew member.
Step 3. Begin typing the crew member's name in the field and select it once it appears
Note: In order to add this person as a contact they must be present as a crew member within the website's Crew Widget. If the field is left blank the lead will be submitted to the admin contact assigned in the CRM
Step 4. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page when complete.
