How to access the customer support dashboard

Step 1. When you access your Dashboard you’ll see a contact form. You can use this form to submit concerns, report bugs and ask questions about the platform in general.

NOTE: Based on the location you pick from the dropdown menu, the support request will be sent to their respective email. 

Step 2. Next, choose if it’s a Support Request, Feature Request or General Feedback.

TIP: You can also add attachments which could be PDF’s files or images to better show your concern.

Step 3. Click Save Changes.
