How to Exclude OEM Showroom Models
How to Exclude Specific OEM Models from Your OEM Showroom on Your Boats Group Elevate Website
One of the powerful features of your Boats Group Elevate Website is the OEM Showroom. This guide will help you manage and exclude specific OEM models from appearing in your showroom.
Step 1: Ensure OEM Integration
Before proceeding, ensure your OEM is connected to your Elevate Website. If it isn't, please contact your Account Manager for assistance.
Step 2: Access Manufacturer Showroom Settings
- Log in to the backend of your Elevate Website.
- Navigate to Settings > Manufacturer Showrooms.
Step 3: Review Your OEM Partners
On the "Manufacturer Showrooms Settings" page, locate the Showroom Landing and Brand Pages section. Here, you will find your OEM partners listed.
Step 4: Exclude Unwanted Models
To exclude specific models from your OEM Showroom, follow these steps:
- In the Showroom Landing and Brand Pages section, you will see tooltips that guide you on excluding models.
- Enter the values (Make, Model, Category, or DocumentID) of the models you want to exclude, separated by commas.
Accepted Terms:
- Make: The manufacturer of the boat.
- Model: The specific model of the boat.
- Category: The category the boat belongs to.
- DocumentID: The unique identifier for the listing.
Example:
Motor Yachts,4818672,4842428
This will ignore all listings of "Motor Yachts" and the specific listings with DocumentIDs 4818672 and 4842428.
To exclude a specific listing using its DocumentID, you can find the DocumentID at the end of the model's URL.
Example:
https://www.YourWebsite.com/new-boat-showrooms/beneteau/2025-beneteau-antares-8-fishing-9518045/
In this URL, the DocumentID is 9518045.
Step 5: Save Your Changes
After updating the models you wish to exclude, don't forget to save your changes at the bottom of the page.
By following these steps, you can easily manage which OEM models appear in your showroom, ensuring that only the most relevant listings are displayed.
