How to Access the New Payment Portal
Managing your account just got easier! You can now access the Boats Group payment portal directly through BoatWizard, giving you a streamlined way to view invoices, make payments, and manage your payment settings—all in one place.
Step 1: Navigate to the Payment Portal
Log into BoatWizard and click on your profile dropdown in the top-right corner. Select “Payment Portal” from the dropdown menu. This will take you to the portal landing page, where you can log in securely.
You can also directly access the payment portal through this link: payment.boatwizard.com
Step 2: Log In
You’ll be prompted to enter your login credentials:
- Email address
- Password
If this is your first time logging in, check your email for a message from billing.us@boats.com with instructions for accessing the portal.
Step 3: Manage Your Account
Once logged in, you’ll arrive at your main account page, where you can:
- View open invoices
- See paid balances
- Review credit memos
- Click “Make a Payment” to pay invoices directly
Step 4: Make a Payment
Clicking “Make a Payment” next to an open invoice takes you to the payment link page, where you can securely process your payment.
Additional Functionalities:
From the left-hand menu, under “Settings,” you can:
- Update your password
- Change your saved payment method
