How to Update the Email for Your "Contact Us" Form

You may need to update the destination email address if you're not receiving inquiries from your website's "Contact Us" form. This guide will show you how to change the email where these form submissions are sent.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Log in to your website's admin panel.
  • From the main menu, navigate to Settings.
  • Within the Settings menu, click on Business Information.
  • The "Contact Us" form sends all submissions to the email address listed under the Main Office Email.
  • Click on the email field to edit it and enter the new email address you want.
  • Be sure to save your changes.
