New Report: Listing Optimizer

Listing Optimizer is built into BoatWizard reports to help you improve the performance of your marketplace listings. It provides clear, actionable recommendations—such as adding more photos or completing missing details—so you can quickly boost your listing score and increase exposure. 


What does Listing Optimizer do?

The Listing Optimizer Report identifies which listings require attention and explains why. The goal is to help you optimize every listing to improve its score. 


With this report, you can:

  • Quickly identify listings that are incomplete or underperforming
  • Understand exactly what updates are needed and how they will benefit your listings 
  • Take action directly from the report to improve listing quality

How the Listing Optimizer Report works


Filters

You can narrow results using filters such as:

  • Office
  • Sales Rep
  • Make
  • Condition
  • Issue


Overview section

The Overview highlights listings that need attention, grouped by common issues, including:

  • Hidden Price
  • Missing Additional Class
  • Short or incomplete descriptions
  • Fewer than 10 photos
  • No videos
  • Invalid HIN
  • Missing engine hours
  • Verified makes

Each category indicates the number of listings that require attention, allowing you to prioritize updates effectively. Selecting View in any section opens a detailed report with the listing details. You can also use the table to sort by listing details in column format. 


Also, if you’re a feed customer, you can export our findings to update them offline.
