What is LeadSmart and LeadSmart Plus?

LeadSmart gives you more information about inbound leads, resulting in a higher conversion rate for your business. LeadSmart helps you uncover new insights into a potential boat buyer’s interests and intent. 

How it works

LeadSmart is included in each incoming email lead from Boats Group. A LeadSmart section will display other boats (year, make, and model) that the prospect has inquired about on Boats Group sites and the date those leads were submitted. 

LeadSmart Plus, exclusive to AdvantagePlus and AdvantageSelect members, includes the features in our standard LeadSmart offering, plus additional information on all of the prospect’s boat inquiries. This expanded information is available via the new Leads interface within BoatWizard.

How to access LeadSmart

  1. Hover over the Reports tab at the top of the navigation bar
  2. Select Leads 
  3. Your leads will be displayed in a table format. The first column displays a green checkmarknext to the leads with LeadSmart available. 
  4. Click on the prospect's name to view more information about other boats they’ve requested information about, including the date of inquiry, the year, make, model, and location of the boat(s), and from which website they inquired. 
  5. If you are an AdvantagePlus or AdvantageSelect member, you have LeadSmart Plus and will see that prospect’s entire history of inquiries. 

To view leads by various criteria, click on the Filters option in the top right corner of the Leads screen. 

To export your list of lead data, click on the Export as CSV option in the top right corner of the Leads screen.

How to use this information

This information helps you prioritize the highest quality leads and gives you additional insight into the prospect’s needs, budget range, and stage in the decision-making process.
