How to add a contact to a custom form on your website

Step 1. To add a custom form to a page, please view this article.

Step 2. In the custom form editor, locate the section titled Email CC Setting.

Step 3. There are two ways to add contact information.

(1) If the contact was added as a crew member, they can be added by typing the name into the CC Setting field and selecting it once it appears.

(2) If the preferred recipient of the form is not listed as a Crew Member, their email address can be added under the Free Form Email(s) area. Select Add Email Field and type in the desired recipient’s address ex:  contact@boats.com

Step 4. After proper contact(s) have been added, select Save All in the widget field

Step 5. Select Update at the top of the page editor to confirm all changes.
